My passion for design started long before I realized it could be a career. I was always drawn to creating, whether it was sketching, crafting, filming home movies, taking photos, or even just ripping up construction paper to make a picture (and yes, that did win me first place in kindergarten).
In 2018, I started taking on freelance design projects alongside my 9-to-5 marketing job, and I quickly realized how much I loved helping businesses bring their vision to life.
That passion eventually grew into Lowline Studio, where I now focus on building strategic brand identities for small businesses that value authenticity and purpose.
What I Value
Education: B.S.B.A. Entrepreneurship & Innovation Leadership, Associate of Arts, Certificate In Office Administration
Background: 8+ years combined experience in graphic design, print & digital marketing, photography, and website development in the real estate industry and as an independent freelancer.
Roots: Born and raised in NC, but lived half my life in Texas. My husband and I moved to Oklahoma City in 2025 with our dachshund, Oscar, and have enjoyed every minute so far!
Hobbies: Baking fresh bread and sweets, writing and recording music, thrift shopping/antiques, checking out new coffee shops, and drawing comics of my dog (you can check those out here!)
Favorite Bible Verse: "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." - Psalm 73:26
Lowline Studio is inspired after my dog, Oscar, a mini dachshund with a big personality and an even bigger heart.
He's been by my side through every late-night sketch, breakthrough, and coffee run (or should I say "Pup Cup" run?). Although, most of the time he's curled up on the couch or tucked away under my desk taking a nap.
When I adopted him in 2020, his stubborn streak quickly became apparent. So much so that I started drawing comics about his antics (which may or may not be based on true events). Let’s just say life with Oscar never runs out of material.
